Qualifications

• 5+ years of structural engineering experience is required.
• PE licensure in progress or obtained.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility condition assessments and building envelope evaluations.
• Inspect and assess roofing, waterproofing, and structural systems.
• Prepare technical reports and repair recommendations.
