Job summary

ECS Florida, LLC is looking for a Facilities Department Manager to lead our Building Science + Infrastructure team in Orlando, FL. In this role, you will manage projects involving inspections and assessments of building envelopes while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in building enclosure consulting, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and strong leadership and technical skills. We offer a competitive salary, bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related experience with building enclosure consulting.
• Licensed or certified in Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Registered Architect (R.A.) is preferred.
• Must have experience with field investigations, testing, and forensic assessments.

• Lead and grow a department focused on Building Enclosure services.
• Oversee projects involving building envelope evaluations and inspections.
• Manage operations, staffing, and financial performance with P&L responsibility.
