Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of ten (10) years in building envelope consulting, inspection, testing, or enclosure commissioning.
• Experience leading technical staff and managing project teams.
• Experience coordinating and overseeing field performance testing programs and specialty testing subcontractors.
• Proven ability to develop client relationships and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight for building envelope consulting, inspection, and testing projects.
• Review documents, specs, shop drawings, and field reports for compliance with requirements and standards.
• Develop inspection protocols and testing procedures.
• Manage multiple projects from proposal through closeout, including scopes, budgets, schedules, and staffing.
• Recruit, mentor, and supervise building envelope personnel; lead business development initiatives.
