Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience required.
• 5+ years of project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consult on complex building enclosure projects.
• Provide exterior envelope consulting through site observations (16-25 per month).
• Schedule site visits with project teams.
• Maintain your own schedule.

Skills

Knowledge of below-grade waterproofing

Knowledge of roofs

Knowledge of windows

Knowledge of doors

Knowledge of weather barriers

Knowledge of cladding systems

Knowledge of balcony systems

Extensive knowledge of multi-family wood frame construction

Comfortable working from heights
