Job summary

Dae Sung, LLC is seeking a MD 1st Class Grade Stationary Engineer to provide facilities engineering and maintenance for the CMS in Baltimore, MD. The role requires a MD 1st Class Stationary Engineer license and a minimum of six years journeyperson experience.

You will manage central plant equipment, HVAC systems, and life safety systems on a 3rd shift schedule. Salary is hourly with a contract for facilities services and a union-referenced pay schedule.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of chillers, boilers, thermal storage, pumps, heat exchangers, and building systems.

Dae Sung, LLC is currently seeking a MD 1st Class Grade Stationary Engineer for its contract to provide facilities engineering and maintenance services for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services located in Baltimore, MD.

Hourly Pay Rate: $48.60 per hour. Effective 2/1/2027 hourly pay rate will be $50.54 per hour per the collective bargaining agreement.

Saturday through Wednesday / 9:30pm - 5:30am

Qualified candidates should possess and be capable of maintaining, a MD 1st Class Stationary Engineer License. Candidates with Maryland 2nd and with the ability to obtain a Maryland 1st Class Stationary Engineer License may also be considered.

• Must have a minimum of 6 years journeyperson level experience as a Stationary Engineer.
• Must have prior experience and working knowledge of Central Plant Equipment (chillers, boilers, thermal storage, pumps, heat exchangers), HVAC Systems, Building Automation Systems, Life Safety Systems, Utility Services, Electrical Power Distribution and Plumbing/Facility Maintenance.
