ABM is seeking a Building Engineering Supervisor to supervise and coordinate all building engineering operations within mission-critical environments. You will serve as the primary site representative for daily facility operations and ensure safe, reliable performance of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and life safety systems.

You will lead engineering staff, technicians, and external partners while driving operational excellence, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across facility

Job description

The Building Engineering Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating all building engineering operations within mission-critical environments. This role serves as the primary ABM site representative for daily facility operations, ensuring the continuous, safe, and reliable performance of mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and life safety systems. The Building Engineering Supervisor provides leadership to engineering staff, critical facility technicians, and external service partners while supporting site leadership in achieving 100% operational availability. This position emphasizes operational excellence, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement across all facility systems and services.

Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 annual salary (US Dollars)
