Silver Ventures is seeking a Building Engineer to maintain the physical condition of assigned properties and support day-to-day maintenance activities. You will monitor building systems and respond to service requests to ensure optimal operation.

Responsibilities include routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and after-hours on-call support while upholding safety standards and professional conduct with tenants and vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent vocational training.
• Open availability to include weekends and holidays.
• 2+ years of experience in building maintenance.
• Knowledge of mechanical equipment essential to building operation.
• Fluency in English communication.
• Provide legible communication and directions.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned.
• Complete assigned maintenance service requests.
• Perform routine property inspections and address deficiencies.
• Complete preventive and scheduled maintenance per plan.
• Be on-call for after-hours emergency maintenance as scheduled.
• Ensure safety standards comply with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Create and monitor work orders in the system.
• Manage inventory for repairs.
• Oversee work by outside contractors.
