Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems in assigned properties.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, rounds, and routine inspections.
• Repair and replace lighting, fixtures, and building components as needed.
• Monitor energy management systems and ensure safe, compliant operations.
