Job summary

Aerotek Building Engineer 3/Stationary Engineer position in Rockville, MD supports the new 7-story New Horizon Tower expansion. Work on rotating shifts from 7am-3:30pm and 3pm-11:30pm, with initial training on the first shift for 1-3 months before transitioning.

The role requires licenses, high school diploma, and substantial trades experience, plus journeyman credentials and extensive HVAC/Boiler/VAV expertise. Onsite hospital environment with safety emphasis.

Qualifications

• MD 3rd Grade Stationary Engineer License or DC 3rd with reciprocity within 6 months.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver's License.
• 5 years of trades experience directly related to the specified duties; 7 years preferred.
• Certification in 4 building systems, or 20 years of experience may substitute certifications.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $42.00/hr.
