Colliers International is seeking a Building Engineer to serve as a technical authority for the building’s mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems. You will perform preventative and necessary maintenance, respond to client requests, and ensure systems operate efficiently to protect clients and properties.
Responsibilities include logging daily operations, coordinating with contractors and tenants, and maintaining safe life-safety and fire protection practices.

As the Building Engineer, you are a technical and engineering authority, familiar with maintenance systems and equipment. You bring strong organizational skills, a customer-centric approach, and a positive outlook to everything you do.
You’ll be responsible for preventative maintenance, necessary maintenance, and repairs to the buildings mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems, ensuring the maintenance systems are running efficiently – and to ensure the safety of our clients and their properties. You will respond to client requests, prioritize, and follow up to ensure minimal downtime. You are familiar with the location and have a solid understanding of life safety, fire protection and security systems to ensure proper operations and be able to act upon any conditions that are out of the ordinary.
2nd shift, Wednesday to Saturday - 11am to 9pm
