Qualifications

• Post-secondary education certificate in construction field required.
• 3+ years in construction monitoring or building enclosure testing preferred.
• Strong writing and documentation skills; proficient with MS Office and Outlook.
• Local travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct building enclosure testing including performance testing, smoke tests, infrared surveys, and other methods.
• Perform forensic testing of windows, curtain walls, storefronts, doors, walls and roofs.
• Provide construction observations and monitor on-site activities.
• Coordinate with regional offices and travel locally as needed.
