Job summary

ECS Group of Companies (ECS) seeks a senior building enclosure engineer to lead regional projects in Texas. You will provide technical expertise, oversee teams, review reports, prepare proposals, and help develop business with client interactions.

Ideal candidates hold a PE or RA license, 12+ years, and experience supervising staff; the role focuses on advancing building enclosure services across the region. ECS is employee-owned with more than 3,000 employees in 100+ offices coast to coast.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Civil Engineering, Architecture (NCARB), Structural Engineering, or Architectural Engineering preferred.
• Licensed or certified as at least one: P.E., RA, IIBEC RRC/RWC/REWC/RBECxP, BECxP/CxA+BE.
• 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Senior reviewer or similar designation from a competitor firm.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing projects at the regional level.
• Providing technical expertise and supporting building enclosure staff.
• Performing technical report reviews.
• Preparing and reviewing proposals.
• Business development and assisting other staff in marketing services by maintaining and developing client interactions.
• Leading and coaching junior staff members.

  • University of Wisconsin-Madison offered BECxP and CxA+BE
• 12+ years of relevant professional related experience
• Candidates must hold senior reviewer or similar designation from a competitor firm
