• Ability to communicate complex topics to diverse stakeholders via emails, slide decks, and verbal presentations.
• Strong project and vendor management skills with cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Lead Heat Pump Bill Impact Study analyzing consumption and bills.
• Design and execute research initiatives on electrification incentive programs.
• Refine electrification strategy for hard-to-electrify customers.
• Conduct market research on customer motivations and program experience.
• Coordinate cross-team priorities for electrification integration.
• Disseminate findings to internal groups and external stakeholders.
• Manage third-party consultants as needed.
• Present findings to regulatory staff.
