Job summary

Wight & Company in Darien, IL, invites you to join our Summer Electrical Engineering internship program. You will work with Junior and Senior Engineers on design processes, expand your technical skills, and participate in team and client meetings on-site.

As a current Electrical Engineering student (Bachelor’s or Master’s), you’ll contribute to projects, gain hands-on experience with Revit, and develop client relations while learning in a collaborative, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Good organization and computer skills.
• Revit building information modelling experience preferred.
• Openness to learn and have fun.

Wight & Company is currently looking for Summer Interns to work in our Electrical Engineering group in our Darien office. Engineering interns have opportunities to work with the engineering teams on projects and to also collaborate with Wight’s architects and construction managers.

Key Responsibilities:

Salary Range: $20 - $25/hr. Individual pay will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant.
