PURPOSE OF ANNOUNCEMENT
To recruit qualified candidates to fill one (1) Building Custodian vacancy for the Department of Administrative and Financial Services, Bureau of General Services, Property Management Division. This position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall upkeep of a building by performing routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors, cleaning restrooms, emptying trash, dusting surfaces, washing windows, and reporting any necessary repairs, while adhering to safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures;essentially ensuring the building is kept clean and orderly for occupants.Work is performed under general supervision.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Experience and training which demonstrates a basic knowledge of building and grounds maintenance and repair.
