Job summary

Bishop Clean Care, Inc. is seeking part-time evening custodians to join our team in Americus, GA. You can choose hours, work at your own pace, and earn weekly pay.

Responsibilities include cleaning medical offices, light industrial facilities, and offices to meet specific building specs with attention to detail. You will operate cleaning equipment, sanitize restrooms, manage trash, and maintain clean, orderly spaces while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver?s license required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds occasionally.
• Personal smartphone with data usage capability needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide cleaning services for medical buildings, offices, or light industrial facilities according to building specs.
• Sweep/mop/scrub/vacuum floors, collect trash, replace liners.
• Clean, sanitize and supply restrooms; clean and polish furniture/fixtures.
• Wipe windows, glass partitions and mirrors; dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment.
• Dust and clean overhead vents; maintain custodian closet orderliness.
• Communicate with supervisor to ensure cleaning quality and customer service.
• Follow safety guidelines and proper chemical/equipment procedures.
• Record arrival/departure times using company app on personal smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Custodial staff members are responsible for providing cleaning services for medical buildings, offices, or light industrial facilities according to cleaning specs of each building
• Cleaning responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
  • Collect trash and replace trash can liners
  • Clean, sanitize and supply restrooms
  • Clean and polish furniture and fixtures
  • Wipe windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
  • Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
• Dust and clean overhead vent
• Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of the custodian's closet
• Communicate with supervisor to ensure cleaning quality and customer service
• Follow all safety guidelines
• Follow proper procedures in the use of cleaning solutions, equipment and tools according to specifications.
• Report any abnormal activities or conditions to management
• Ensure all chemicals and equipment needed are available and in working order
• Record your arrival/departure times, and communicate on company app using your personal smartphone

Hours

Hours: Part-time Evening

Compensation

Compensation: $10-$14/hr. Custodians are paid per building. An average experienced custodian makes $13/hr.
