Job summary

The Building People is seeking a skilled Building Controls Technician to manage the programming and integration of building automation systems. This role requires independent work with limited supervision, strong troubleshooting, programming, and communication skills.

The technician will ensure compliance with standards, monitor HVAC systems, and coordinate with contractors across several states. A minimum of 25% travel is required. Preferred qualifications include proficiency in Niagara N4 Framework and experience with DDC control systems.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Niagara N4 Framework and DDC communications protocols.
• 5+ years experience in Tridium preferred but can be substituted.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities
