A leading construction firm based in Connecticut is seeking experienced Building Construction Superintendents. In this role, you will manage daily operations on construction projects, ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Ideal candidates will have 3-7 years of experience and a strong grasp of construction processes. Qualifications

• 3–7 years of building construction experience or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of scheduling, planning, and cost control.
• Ability to manage crews and subcontractors in a fast‑paced environment.
• A demonstrated commitment to safety (OSHA 10 required, OSHA 30 preferred).
