Job summary

O&G Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced Labor Foreman to join our Heavy Civil division to support CT DOT transportation projects. Ideal candidates will have 7-10+ years leading crews on highway and bridge projects with earthwork, drainage, and concrete experience.

We expect proven leadership, strong communication, and a dedication to safety, including OSHA certification and enforcing job-site safety expectations. We are unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities
