Job summary

O&G Industries, Inc. in Torrington, CT, is seeking experienced Building Construction Superintendents to lead field operations on major CT projects.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of building construction experience or equivalent
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, contract documents, and field operations
• Knowledge of construction scheduling, planning, and cost control
• Ability to manage crews and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment
• OSHA 10 required, OSHA 30 preferred

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• 3-7 years of building construction experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, contract documents, and field operations
• Knowledge of construction scheduling, planning, and cost control
• Ability to manage crews and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment
• A demonstrated commitment to safety (OSHA 10 required, OSHA 30 preferred)

The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $100,000 - $160,000, based on qualifications and experience. O&G offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, 401 K, earned time off, paid holidays and other company-sponsored benefits, subject to applicable plan terms and eligibility requirements.
