BUILDING CONSTRUCTION INSPECTOR II - OAHU

Minimum Qualifications

• Legal Authorization: Must be a U.S. citizen, national, or eligible for unrestricted employment in the U.S.
• Experience: Two (2) years of journey-level experience in building trades, including knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety, and blueprint reading.
• Specialized Experience: One (1) year in building inspection or supervisory work involving plan interpretation and quality inspection.
• Other Requirements: Valid driver's license (immediate vacancies require this), ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.

Additional Information
