Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Building Advisory Specialist to join our team and perform building condition assessments, including PCA and FCA, across diverse properties in the United States. You will deliver actionable reports, manage client communications, and help drive business growth with a focus on quality and efficiency.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of relevant experience, strong analytical and writing skills, and the ability to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience (PCA, FCA, due diligence, or related building assessments).
• Strong analytical, reporting, and client management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
• Ability to travel frequently to client sites across the US.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site building and facility condition assessments across a variety of property types.
• Prepare detailed reports summarizing site observations, system conditions, and recommended actions.
• Manage client communications, ensuring clear understanding of findings and recommendations.
• Travel to site locations as required to perform assessments and client meetings.
• Deliver projects on time and under budget, maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
• Contribute to business development activities, supporting proposal preparation and client relationship management.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
