Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Lakewood, CO is seeking a Service Specialist to perform building automation system service, digitalization tasks, and preventive maintenance on-site for customers in the greater Denver area.

You will collaborate across Service Sales, Client Service Managers, and RAM Digital Service Center teams, and respond to both scheduled and emergency service calls, including after-hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience servicing electronic control or HVAC equipment.
• Electro-mechanical experience and user PC/software skills.
• Ability and willingness to work in varied conditions, including climbing ladders, scaffolds, and lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be eligible for Siemens fleet vehicle program.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Execute digitalization and standard service operations strategies.
• Collaborate with Service Sales, Client Service Managers, Service Coordinators, and RAM Digital Service Center personnel.
• Respond to emergency service calls during scheduled hours and after hours as needed.
• Complete service ticket documentation and maintain preventive maintenance schedules.
• Provide instructions to customer personnel and assist with training.
