Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3–5 years in electrical/mechanical, HVAC, building automation or related environment.
• Ability to read and write English and perform calculations.
• Knowledge of building automation controls and pneumatic controls; familiarity with computers.

Responsibilities

• Installs, tests, and maintains building automation control panels and related systems.
• Maintains and repairs low voltage power distribution circuits and pneumatic systems.
• Reads meters and troubleshoots control circuitry to diagnose faults.
• Performs preventive maintenance on building automation equipment.
• Monitors and updates the building automation system graphics and data.
