Job description

Building Automation Programmers / Technician – Engineers

• Program, startup, commission, and integrate commercial HVAC control systems.
• Read and understand HVAC equipment sequence of operations.
• Startup and commission controllers, including integrating them to Niagara AX/4 stations.
• Verify functionality of sensors and actuators and address any issues that may arise.
• Develop graphical user interfaces for end users based on project specifications and company standards.
• Provide owners with training and support.
• The Controls Technician for Building Management Systems (BMS) and Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems will be responsible for completing service calls in addition to working on larger projects under the direction of a project manager or controls engineer.
• Read & review control specifications and diagrams.
