Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. seeks an experienced BAS Controls Service Tech to join the team in the Madison WI area. Must have direct Building Automation experience with current platforms and be reliable with strong customer interface skills.

Ideal candidates will have HVAC/Building Automation experience, the ability to read drawings, and perform diagnostics, repairs, upgrades, and calibrations on automation systems. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are required.

Qualifications

• HVAC/Building Automation experience.
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings.
• Diagnostics on automation systems and components.
• Complete service repairs, replacements, upgrades, calibrations & adjustments on automation systems.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and maintain reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair automation systems, process controls, and related electrical/mechanical components.
• Perform repairs, replacements, upgrades, and calibrations on BAS equipment.
• Interface with customers to communicate status and needs.
• Maintain reliable field service and perform duties with professionalism.
