Job summary

AJ Group in Southern California is seeking an experienced BAS Controls Technician to advance their career in building automation and HVAC control systems.

Responsibilities include diagnosing, programming sequences, startup and commissioning, and supporting upgrades while documenting work for customers and project teams. Training and ongoing development are offered within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience working within Building Automation.
• Experience troubleshooting and commissioning commercial HVAC control systems.
• Familiarity with BAS platforms and communication protocols.
• Ideally experience with Tridium or Distech; training can be provided.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience working within Building Automation
• Experience troubleshooting and commissioning commercial HVAC control systems
• Working knowledge of BAS programming, control logic, and system integration
• Familiarity with industry standard building automation platforms and communication protocols
• Ideally experience working with Tridium or Distech but training can be provided.
