Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of electro-mechanical experience with HVAC/building automation controls
• 5+ years of experience with commercial HVAC/building automation controls
• Experience with open protocols BACnet, Modbus, and TCP/IP networking
• Demonstrated ability to read and understand engineering concepts and perform startup/troubleshooting
• Ability to work in varied environments and lift up to 75 pounds
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Execute digitalization and standard service operations strategies
• Collaborate with Service Sales, Client Service Managers, Service Coordinators, RAM Digital Service Center
• Follow safety requirements and complete required training
• Maintain tools and test equipment; coordinate with contractors as needed
• Support after-hours on-call rotation and respond to service calls
• Complete service ticket documentation per policy and maintain preventive maintenance schedules
• Generate reports in Siemens tools and document services performed
• Provide customer training on system operations
• Identify system discrepancies and assist in pricing repairs and upgrades
• Participate in job-site turnover and final completion for projects
