Job summary

LONG Building Technologies in Boise, Idaho is seeking a Project Manager I to oversee the full lifecycle of Building Automation/Temperature Controls projects, with support from a Construction Manager or Senior Project Manager. You will coordinate planning, procurement of equipment, and workforce allocation to meet client specs and deadlines.

Responsibilities include coordinating design and submittals, ensuring accurate contract docs, and monitoring costs and schedules to optimize profitability.

Qualifications

• 4 years of construction management degree preferred.
• Alternative paths include a 2-year tech degree with 2 years of temperature controls or 5 years HVAC project management.
• Proficient in MS Office; MS Project experience required.

Responsibilities

• Gather and maintain equipment submittals and other project documents.
• Ensure project contract documentation is up to date and accurate.
• View and analyze job reports using company tools.
• Monitor costs and notify management when estimates are exceeded.
• Schedule personnel, equipment, subcontractors, and materials to meet project requirements.
