Job summary

Conquest Solutions, LLC (CQS) is seeking a Building Automation System Electrician to support BAS installations for federal, state, and private sector clients in the Washington DC metro area and beyond. The role requires at least five years of BAS installation experience, a journeyman electrical license (preferred), and the ability to read schematics and work with DDC systems.

A clean driving record and ability to pass background checks are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years BAS installation experience.
• Journeyman electrical license preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read schematics and system manuals.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Install BAS equipment at floor, mechanical room, plant, and roof levels.
• Install and terminate controllers and instrumentation devices.
• Troubleshoot BAS installations and coordinate with project team.
• Work with other trades and manage time effectively as a team member.
• Produce clear reports detailing status, work performed, and corrective actions.
