Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting automation control systems for HVAC equipment including air distribution, air handlers, valves, variable speed equipment, exhaust systems, lighting, chill water and boiler systems.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate effectively with project teams.

Responsibilities

• Start-up and troubleshoot automation control systems for HVAC-related equipment.
• Support replacement, renovation, or retrofit projects of building HVAC systems.
• Provide innovative BAS solutions and superior customer service.
• Understand Reliable Product line and installation methods.
• Coordinate with PM and team members; manage materials and documentation.
• Set up end devices and wire controllers as required.

The BAS Controls Technician is responsible for troubleshooting automation control systems pertaining to air distribution equipment, air handlers, valves, variable speed equipment, exhaust systems, lighting, chill water, and boiler systems.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for start-up and troubleshooting automation control systems pertaining to air distribution equipment, air handlers, valves, variable speed equipment, exhaust systems, lighting, chill water, and boiler systems.
• Many projects include replacement, renovation, or retrofit of building HVAC systems.
