Job summary

Uline is seeking a Building Automation and Controls Manager to lead BAS strategy, system optimization and engineering talent across our portfolio of 55+ facilities. The role focuses on designing and optimizing HVAC controls, directing a team of Building System Engineers, and maintaining upgrades and cybersecurity policies to ensure peak performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; Master's preferred.
• 7+ years of Building Automation Systems experience including BAS programming.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems.
• Willingness to travel to North American locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and optimization of HVAC controls and BAS across 55+ facilities.
• Develop and mentor a team of Building System Engineers.
• Maintain system upgrades and cybersecurity policies.
• Partner with Operations and Construction to identify control improvements.
