Ideal candidates bring 5–15 years of commercial experience, NCARB-accredited degree, and proficiency in Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, and Adobe Suite. Excellent communication and team collaboration are required.

• Experience in detailing and execution of construction documents with minimal supervision.
• Experience with complex multi-phased projects and BIM coordination (MEPFP).

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Building Architect in Austin, TX. What to Expect: The client is seeking an architect to join our Factory Architecture Team. You will play a critical role in shaping some of the most cutting-edge, high-tech production spaces in the world. We are looking for a passionate and skilled professional with 5-15 years of commercial experience to join us in Austin and make an impact on a global scale. Duties:

• Perform architectural assignments with general direction, with limited immediate supervision, and work independently as well as collaboratively with others toward design and technical solutions


• Assist in developing design solutions on a variety of projects in size and scope


• Provide production of design drawings, presentation drawings, and digital models in support of design teams


• Research products and materials, review existing projects, and those under construction to inform the production of design documentation


• Contribute to the effective performance of the project team regarding quality, schedule, and budget


• Assist in the execution of construction administration responsibilities


• Assist in the review and execution of design documents that meet building code and accessibility code

Requirements

• NCARB-accredited degree in Architecture with 5-15 years of commercial experience; Actively pursuing state registration; Professional Registration preferred

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
