Piedmont Airlines, Inc. is seeking a motivated Building and Grounds Lead Mechanic to direct and assist a team in cleaning, repairing, and maintaining the building interiors and surrounding grounds.
The role covers facility maintenance, lighting, plumbing, paint, and HVAC systems with emphasis on safety and quality workmanship. The ideal candidate has basic carpentry, electrical, and plumbing skills, plus familiarity with tool use.

To continue our standard of excellence, Piedmont is seeking a motivated, reliable professional to join our team as a Building and Grounds Lead Mechanic in our Maintenance Department. The primary responsibility of the position is to direct and assist Building and Grounds Mechanics in the cleaning, repair, and upkeep of the inside and outside of the building and surrounding grounds. This position performs activities necessary to maintain facility, lighting, plumbing, paint, and HVAC systems. The successful candidate will have a general knowledge of hand tools, basic carpentry skills, and basic electrical skills. This position will report to the Maintenance Base Manager.

Employment is contingent upon a valid driver’s license and clear driving record, 10-year Criminal History Records Check, and drug screen as required. We also require proof of high school or GED completion. Minimum 18 years of age.
Starting Rate: $20.17/Hourly
In addition to a competitive salary, we offer bonuses awarded in accordance with company policies and applicable criteria.
