Job summary

HomeTeam is seeking a Builder Termite Technician to deliver outstanding customer service, present a professional appearance, and accurately discuss pest issues with homeowners. You’ll work independently on construction sites, conduct pretreats, and stay up to date with safety and training.

No experience is required—training is provided. Earn $20–$22 hourly with comprehensive benefits, 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners daily.
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners; offer additional services as needed.
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets and complete drawings for the office.
• Maintain professional appearance of truck, equipment, and uniform.
• Attend company-provided pest and termite control training classes.

Responsibilities

As a HomeTeam Builder Termite Technician, you can expect to:

• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
• Discuss and diagnose pest issues with homeowners, offering additional services or products when needed or desired
• Obtain your pest control Registered Technician credentials
• Keep your knowledge sharp by attending company provided pest & termite control training classes regularly
• Submit legible, accurate service tickets to office staff
• Complete home drawings of treatment area and provide to office staff
• Keep customers informed about the service
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently

Perform chemical pretreats to lots prior to a foundation pour, and final grade treatments to newly built homes that have yet to be occupied. They are typically on construction sites and must be aware of all safety protocols.

Qualifications
