Job summary

You will coordinate client requests, prepare renewal materials, and collaborate with account executives to design programs and negotiate with carriers.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• AMS data completeness standards experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to build underwriter and client relationships.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values.
• Serves as day-to-day contact for client requests within a book of business.
• Prepares renewal materials such as premium & loss summaries, exposures, and coverage comparisons.
• Partners with AE on client interactions, negotiations, and program design.
• Creates marketing submissions and negotiates with carriers.
• Receives quotes, reviews terms, and drafts proposals.
• Processes policies and updates COE during negotiations.
• Performs premium allocations, certificates of insurance, basic contract reviews, and policy endorsements.
