Job summary

Nebraska Furniture Mart (NFM) is seeking a Pro Services Sales Manager to lead the development and daily operation of a builder sales territory. You will drive market share, manage builder relationships, and guide sales strategies to grow the business.

Responsibilities include evaluating market needs, coordinating with installers, and shaping strategies to enter new regions while maximizing opportunities with builders. A results-driven leadership style is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of outside sales experience.
• 5 years of management experience.
• 3 years of retail and/or wholesale experience in the relevant product category.
• Builder experience preferred and entering new markets with proven growth.

Responsibilities

• Monitor market to determine product mix, sales approach, margins, and services to provide.
• Manage relationships with installers and builders to ensure loyalty to NFM.
• Research and implement initial entry and ongoing market strategies to build the business in new regions.
• Assist in setting direction to maximize opportunity with each builder.
