You will evaluate patients, develop treatment plans, and provide therapy in their homes. Candidates should have an active NY Occupational Therapist license and enjoy working independently. Opportunities for pediatric or adult populations are available.

Qualifications

• Active New York State Occupational Therapist license is required.
• Home health experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Candidates should possess strong clinical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field is necessary.
• Reliable transportation for travel between patient homes is essential.
