Responsibilities

• Perform the following tasks relating to this job position. Tasks shall include, but not be limited to:
• Building test rack assemblies, following design documentation and schematics
• Building cable assemblies, following design documentation and schematics
• Ability to take direction and adhere to quality build standards

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
• At least 2-3 years recent experience with rack design and building
• At least 2-3 years experience building cables
• Experience with basic tools including crimping and some soldering background.
• Basic digital and low power analog design experience for test equipment, or similar equipment, including electrical design.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Communication skills and ability to excel in a team environment and interact with various teams

Primary Skills

• Experience with test equipment rack construction and fabrication
• Experience with cable building
• Experience with NI Labview is a plus
• Schematic reading is required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
• Strong skills and experience in troubleshooting electrical systems and some SW
