Job summary

Formlabs in Boston, MA is seeking a Build Team Lead to guide a team of technicians across engineering disciplines, rapidly iterating prototypes, fixtures, and test setups.

You will own our internal machine shop, provide technical guidance and mentorship, hire new talent, and collaborate with program leads to ensure staffing matches project priorities and milestones.

  • Hands-on fabrication and prototype development background.
