Under the supervision of the Lead Operating Engineer or designee, the Build Systems Operating Assistant is responsible to respond to building alarms and determine next steps. The Operating Engineer will address customer questions and/or concerns regarding Facilities Maintenance Services; maintain equipment histories; review plans and specifications for building renovation, repair, and construction projects; monitor contractor compliance with plans and specifications. Respond to all building related problems reported by the staff, patients and visitors. Perform preventive maintenance procedures for systems, as assigned.

We also consider internal equity to ensure fair and consistent compensation across our teams. The range provided reflects the full base salary range for this position. Offers are typically made within the midrange to allow for future growth and development within the role.
