Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching, and VPNs.
• Experience with cybersecurity tools and practices, including SIEM platforms, firewalls, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• A passion for technology, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain servers, virtualization platforms, storage systems, and backups.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, and wireless networks.
• Monitor security events and respond to cybersecurity threats and incidents.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, threat hunting, and security reviews.
• Support disaster recovery planning and business continuity efforts.
• Automate routine processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Partner with departments across the organization to deliver secure, scalable technology solutions.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen infrastructure performance, security, and resilience.
