Qualifications

• Experience deploying and administering enterprise cybersecurity technologies.
• Ability to design deployment architectures based on requirements.
• Experience with patching, upgrades, and lifecycle maintenance.
• Experience creating technical documentation and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise cybersecurity solutions.
• Support implementation of new cybersecurity technologies and infrastructure upgrades.
• Design and recommend deployment architectures based on business and technical requirements.
• Install, configure, and administer cybersecurity platforms and supporting infrastructure.
• Perform system patching, upgrades, maintenance, and performance monitoring.
• Develop technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to implement security solutions.
• Provide knowledge transfer to operations teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and cybersecurity issues.
• Participate in on-call support and emergency response activities.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
