Job summary

TurnPoint Services is seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to strengthen defenses across cloud and enterprise infrastructure. You will monitor security alerts, support incident response, and bolster IAM and SSO across corporate systems.

You will work with Azure and AWS, contribute to CSF 2.0 alignment, assist regulatory audits, and communicate risks clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment in Louisville, KY.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years hands-on enterprise cybersecurity experience.
  • CompTIA Security+ certification.
  • Familiarity with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) 2.0.
  • Experience supporting regulatory and compliance audits.
  • Hands-on with Azure and AWS, IAM concepts, and SSO.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst to join our growing security team and help strengthen our defenses across cloud and enterprise infrastructure.

In this role, you will monitor and investigate security alerts, support incident response, strengthen identity and access management, and help ensure the organization remains aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Do
  • Monitor and investigate security alerts across corporate infrastructure, including cloud and network environments.
  • Lead and support incident response activities, investigations, and reporting.
  • Administer and strengthen Identity and Access Management (IAM) across corporate systems.
  • Configure and support Single Sign-On (SSO), access reviews, and user lifecycle management.
  • Support security architecture and configuration reviews for Azure and AWS cloud environments.
  • Help maintain and improve alignment with the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) 2.0.
  • Support regulatory compliance activities and company audits.
  • Assist with vendor management and third-party security risk assessments.
  • Review security questionnaires and support contract security reviews.
  • Maintain security documentation, policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures.
  • Contribute to security awareness initiatives across a workforce that is primarily field-based and non-desk.
  • Communicate security risks and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in an enterprise cybersecurity role.
  • CompTIA Security+ certification.
  • Working knowledge of the NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF) 2.0.
  • Experience supporting or preparing for regulatory and compliance audits.
  • Hands‑on experience with Azure and AWS.
  • Experience with IAM concepts and SSO configuration/administration.
  • Familiarity with firewall and network security log review.
  • Experience with incident response processes.
  • Exposure to vendor and third‑party risk management.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to explain technical risks and security concepts to non‑technical audiences.
  • Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in a fast‑changing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CompTIA CySA+
  • CISSP
  • AWS or Azure security certifications
  • Other relevant cybersecurity certifications or equivalent experience
