Job summary

Blue Collar Customs, LLC. is seeking an Inventory Associate to ensure accurate receiving, labeling, storage, and staging of inventory for production operations.

You will work closely with the Inventory Manager and Installation team to maintain inventory accuracy and flow, requiring discipline and attention to detail. The role involves labeling parts with WO numbers, stocking and staging for Build Next, and collaborating to resolve inventory issues while complying with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have forklift certification or ability to obtain during onboarding.
• Experience in inventory, warehouse, or shop environments preferred.
• Strong accuracy and discipline for labeling, allocating, and storing parts.
• Ability to learn and use CIM or similar inventory systems.
• Reliable, consistent, and able to complete tasks start-to-finish without supervision.
• Clear communication with Inventory Manager and production teams.
• Capable of hands-on material handling in a shop setting.
• Team-oriented and collaborative approach to supporting operations.
• Combination of office and warehouse environment.
• Physical effort may be required for inventory and vehicle inspections.
• Local travel to monitor operations and related suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments, verify against packing lists, and report discrepancies.
• Update received quantities in the CIM system in real time.
• Cross-reference POs to identify work-order parts for CIM allocation.
• Label all parts for work orders with the correct WO# at receiving.
• Pull and stage parts for Build Next status and prepare carts for technicians.
• Keep inventory storage areas clean, organized, and correctly located.
• Follow procedures without delay and ensure complete tasks.
• Collaborate with Inventory Manager and installation team to support flow.
• Assist with cycle counts, audits, and process improvements as directed.
