Job summary

Boom Technology, Inc. is seeking a Build Engineer to take ownership of modules for the Superpower engine, leading the design, integration, and testing processes. Located in Colorado, this role is essential for simplifying manufacturing and driving efficiency. Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Hands-on experience in high-consequence environments like aerospace or automotive.
• A track record of simplifying processes and improving build efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own a module of the Superpower engine from requirements through test.
• Drive design decisions to minimize part count and simplify assembly.
• Work directly with in-house shop and suppliers for part fabrication.
• Integrate hardware onto test stands and iterate designs based on testing.
• Raise the bar on quality and efficiency in engineering.
