A leading IT staffing firm in Lisle, Illinois, is seeking a Build and Release Engineer. Responsibilities include working with Development and QA teams for environment support and creating test plans and cases. Candidates should hold a BS in Computer Science and have 2+ years of experience in build & release and QA automation. Key skills include Cloud Deployment using Puppet or Chef. Responsibilities

Work with Development, QA and other teams for environment support.
Update documentation for engineering team standards and best practices.
Able to perform manual and automation testing.
Write test cases and test plans.
Review requirements specifications and technical design documents.
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases.
Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools.
Identify, record, document and track bugs.
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
