EMR Co. is hiring a Full Time Service Technician at the Baltimore Branch, with base pay of $23.00 per hour.

No prior experience required; Build-A-Technician program provides training and mentorship to help you start a career in commercial kitchen repair. You will join a local team and work on-site across Baltimore area, with strong emphasis on mechanical aptitude, safety, and customer service; eligible for a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k) match, tuition

• Possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of three years.
• Clear criminal background.
• Ability to frequently kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, reach, and occasionally lift and carry up to 70 pounds.
• Basic hand tools required after 6-month training period.

Our Build-A-Technician Program is built for motivated individuals who are ready to join the trades and is designed for individuals with limited or no prior technical experience. Mechanical aptitude, eagerness to learn, customer service and a desire to help others is a must. At EMR you have a local dispatch, parts and management team to help support you. You’ll receive foundational training, real-world exposure, and mentorship to help you confidently take the first step into the skilled trades.

Position Requirements:
