Job summary

Electric Motor Repair is seeking an Accelerated Technician to join our Baltimore/New Castle/Salisbury program. You will lead service calls and independently perform installation, troubleshooting, service and repair of commercial kitchen equipment in a fast-paced field role.

Applicants should have strong mechanical aptitude, a valid driver’s license, and a background in customer service while meeting the physical demands of the job.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in service or technician roles.
• Possess a valid driver license for at least 3 years.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead service calls and independently perform installations, troubleshooting, service and repair of commercial kitchen equipment.

• Collaborate with dispatch, parts and management teams to ensure efficient field service.

Position Requirements:

• 3+ years experience
• Licenses are a plus
• Possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of three years
• Clear criminal background
• Strong mechanical aptitude (must pass mechanical aptitude test)
• Ability to frequently kneel, bend, squat, push, pull, reach, and occasionally lift and carry up to 70 pounds
• Ability to work on ladders, roofs, and in rare cases, high, precarious places
