Job summary

Cherokee Nation Entertainment in Oklahoma invites applications for a part-time Buffet Server. You will be essential to our dining team, serving beverages, assisting guests, and maintaining a clean, organized dining area while delivering friendly, efficient service.

This role supports a fast-paced environment across Cherokee Casino venues, with opportunity to develop guest-service skills, adhere to safety standards, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for players and visitors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
• Ability to pass alcohol awareness training.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
• Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license.
• Requires standing for long periods of time, frequent bending and kneeling. Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, in settings that may include exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise.

Responsibilities

• Serve all beverages ordered by guests in a proper, efficient, and friendly manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, promptly fulfilling requests.
• Uphold cleanliness standards for your station and shared areas of responsibility. Perform all pre-bussing during the dining experience to ensure tables are cleared efficiently.
• Promote a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment ("The Big Six").
